Accounting Services

Audit of financial statements - whether you're seeking bank loan to expand your business, seek additional capital, or looking for ways to improve your financial position, result of operation, and cash flows, an audit provides information you can depend on to make quality decisions.

Forensic examination - we utilize our expertise in accounting and auditing skills to analyze your financial statements for possible fraud in conjunction with or ongoing legal action.  We also can help you design accounting and auditing systems to manage and reduce risk based on fraud. 

Review services - if full auditing services are not required, we can provide review services on historical financial statements.  A review consists of discussions with your management team and analytical procedures applied to your financials.  The resulting report indicates limited assurance as to the appropriateness of the financial statements.

Compilation services - compilations services are offered to assist your business in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the professional standards.  No opinion is expressed about the underlying information in the statements.

Agreed-upon procedures - we provide this service when ours experts engage to carry out certain agreed-upon procedures when we, a client and a third party have agreed and report on factual findings.  The recipients of the report for their own findings.  The report is restricted to those parties that have agreed to the procedures to be performed since others, unaware of the reasons for the procedures may misinterpret the results.
